Ordering couldn't be easier. Simply choose up to six colors, a cuff height, a style, and your logo. Then submit your design by emailing it to info@mycustomsocks.com. You can simply list your design choices and attach logos or you can download an Adobe design template by clicking HERE. Normal turnaround is 3 weeks after sample approval.

Q: How do I order?
Answer: Buying at My Custom Socks is easy and convenient. We can take orders online, by email, by fax or over the phone.
- Online: Follow our simple ordering process at www.mycustomsocks.com. Browse the full range of My Custom Socks products under the products tab on the main menu. Then fill in the size and quantity you would like in the selector box on the right of the screen and follow the simple checkout process. Ordering online is convenient and secure.
- By Email: Ordering couldn’t be easier. Simply submit your logo and design ideas by email to info@mycustomsocks.com
- By Phone: You can have your order processed by calling a customer service representative at 800.324.2574. Phones will be answered between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm - Monday to Friday. Leave a message outside these hours and we'll call you back within 24 hours.
- By fax: 855.558.2747 If you prefer not to go through the website then you can fill out the Custom Order Form here. You can fax your order via our fax 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q: What is My Custom Socks Turnaround time?
Answer: Normal turnaround is 3 weeks after sample approval. Production times do vary and may be less than 2-4 weeks. Contact your custom representative at 1.888.830.1465 or by email at info@mycustomsocks.com for your specific time line.
Q: What are your timelines?
- 4 weeks from order entry, 1 week from proof/order approval
- First proof provided 1 week after order entry
- Customer will have 48 hours to respond with revisions
- My Custom Socks will provide revisions within 24 hours
- Approval due, including revision process, 1 week after first proof
- Timelines will increase for orders not approved within 1 week from first proof. All orders require 4 weeks in production from approval.
- The timeline does not begin until all order requirements, listed below, are met and the order is entered into the system.
Q: What are your minimums?
Answer: 120 pairs of socks. 10 dozen minimum with sizes in whole dozens. The minimums can be made up of different sizes, but there is a 1-dozen minimum per size for the sizes you do order. We also customize ski socks and arm warmers with just a five dozen minimum.
Q: On my order, how many sizes do you offer?
Answer: My Custom Socks offers 4 sizes: SM, MD, LG, and XL. You don't have to order all 4 sizes, but there is a 1-dozen minimum per size for the sizes you do order.

Q:How much does socks cost?

Q: What is your reorder policy?
Answer: Reorder pricing is based on the original order price per style and must be placed within 12 months of original order to qualify. Minimums for reorders are 120 socks. Example: Original order of 300 units @ 300 unit pricing
- Reorder of 120 units will receive 300 unit pricing
- Reorder pricing is based on gross unit amount. Promotional discounts do not carry over on reorders.
Q: Do you have templates?
Answer: Yes, all templates can be found on our Downloads page or by contacting your inside sales rep.
Q: How do I use your templates?
Answer: Please drop your artwork into the Artwork layer, and leave the Pattern Template layer locked. This is to prevent the template objects from getting mixed in with your artwork. The following instructions will also appear within the template files.
- The artwork is used to produce the garments full size range. Please provide enough artwork to fill the largest size parameters. If ordering small sizes, please position all important logos within the XS dotted line areas.
- Placing your artwork at the size provided will enable the My Custom Socks artists to easily transfer it to their pattern templates.
- When sized in proportion to these templates, Photoshop bitmap images should have a minimum resolution of 150 dpi in order to encourage quality reproduction. A Photoshop document with all layers intact is the ideal format.
- My Custom Socks logos are standard placement. Please do not move or re-size them, though you do have a limited ability to apply your own colours to the logo and it's offset in order to match your design.
- Make your choice of colours from our chart available on this documents Swatches palette. Pantone equivalents have been provided in order to give an idea of the final printed colour. Due to the nature of the printing and sublimation processes, our printing inks may not exactly match the Pantone equivalents. However, fabric swatches of each colour are available upon request.
- Send your artwork by e-mail to info@mycustomsocks.com, on a CD-R, or inquire for instructions on accessing our FTP server.
Q: Do you charge art fees?
Answer: No charge for artwork. FREE !
Q: Do you have My Custom Socks samples?
Answer: Please contact My Custom Socks for availability or refer to our size chart. My Custom Socks My Custom Socks orders are for if you have a particular design/background in mind and would like to have our artists transform that to your apparel or if you have your own artist creating the design for you. You can submit your design concept in any form you like or sketch it on our downloadable templates and our artists will make it come alive. If you already have an artist, please have them fit your design to our templates.
Here are some tips that will help you design your personalized socks:
My Custom Socks offers more than 50 color options at no additional cost. However, there are some limitations in the production process. The sock can have up to eleven colors in the cuff and foot area. The mesh can be one or two colors. The heel and toe can be any one of the 50 plus colors, but only one and they need to be the same. The cuff height can vary between a no show up to a knee high. Our standard cuff height is 23/4˝ and 11/4˝ for the short stack. You also have your choice of corespun Coolmax® or Merino wool.
Q: What format do I need to send my logo?
Answer: We prefer the highest quality (.ai, .eps, .jpg, .pdf) but we will accept anything. Whatever you have we'll make it work. You can send your artwork and zone colors to info@mycustomsocks.com or HERE
Q: Do I have to pay extra if I want more colors?
No, My Custom Socks has a set price for the sock you want to order for your custom sock. Go crazy with color or keep it simple... you pay the same.
Q: How many colors can I use in my logo?
Answer: Depending where your colors are located on a sock you can have up to 6 colors but your custom representative will let you know what we can do once we start on the artwork.
Q: Can I choose the cuff height on my custom socks?
Answer: Yes, We offer heights from 1 inch to 7 inches.
Q: Will I receive a sample first before you start production? Is there a setup or art fee involved?
Answer: Yes. Most of our customers approve off of the digital mock up but we do run a sample before production ever begins. We can scan or send that sample to you before we start production if you wish. A art fee is required before we start to knit up the physical sample.
Q: All orders will receive a sample proof over email to approve.
Answer: Pre production sock samples are available at a cost of per style. Sample charge includes a jpeg of the sock and the actual sock sample.
Q: I'm paying with a credit card. Will I be charged the entire amount before you start on my order?
Answer: No. However, 50% will be charged on your credit card before we start production. The remaining balance will be charged upon shipment.
Q: What types of payment does My Custom Socks accept?
Answer: My Custom Socks accepts Visa, MasterCard, or paypal. If you are a My Custom Socks retailer on terms then you will be invoiced.

Q: How can I start customizing my socks?
Answer: First of all, you can send us your logo and colors to info@mycustomsocks.com. Our team of designers will work on an idea and submit it to you. Our custom sock manufacturing process provides so many combinations and possibilities that it would be impossible to create an Online Designer Tool that would cover all possible options: your imagination is the limit! Therefore, we invite you to send us your logos, ideas and requirements and our professional sock designers will provide free mock-ups of your dream custom socks. We will get back to you in less than 48 hours.
Q: Can I design my own custom socks using your website?
Answer: Unfortunately, no. You can send us your artwork, design and ideas and our team of designers will work a custom sock design for you. Our custom socks’ manufacturing process offers so many possibilities of colors, lines, designs and letters that it would be impossible for us to provide our custom with an effective Online Design Tool. Do not hesitate to submit us your ideas at info@mycustomsocks.com. Our team of award-winning designers will send you free mock-ups of the custom socks you always dreamed of! Q: What is your turnaround time?
Answer: Generally, our lead time is 4-5 weeks for the whole process of creating and manufacturing the custom socks. However, with an additional Rush Fee, we can deliver your socks in less than 2 weeks.
Q: Are your socks unisex?
Answer: Yes, they are. You can consult our size chart that will show male and female size equivalences so you can choose what size is best for you. Have a look at our size chart.
Q: Do you have children and women sizes?
Answer: Even though our custom socks are unisex, we offer socks in size from XS to XL. Have a look at our size chart.
Q: What is your minimum order?
Answer: Unfortunately, we do not manufacture small quantities of custom socks for particulars. Our minimum order quantity is 75 pairs for knee-high socks and 120 pairs for all other socks.
Q: Can I have different styles and colors and sizes on the minimum order?
Answer: Of course, you can: you will be getting 75 or 120 pairs of identical custom socks in five possible sizes to accommodate all your needs. Do not hesitate to ask our advice!
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
Answer: Yes, we ship worldwide. Whether you are in Australia, China, Europe, Canada or United States, we ship our custom socks everywhere in the world!
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Answer: Sadly, we do not offer free shipping. However, we are happy to offer you a fixed cost per order.
Q: How can I get a free sample of your socks?

Q: Can I buy a pair of custom socks with the designs you have on your portfolio?
Answer: Sadly, since we only sell one-of-a-kind custom socks, none of the custom socks you see in our portfolio can be purchased.
Q: Where are the custom socks manufactured?
Answer: Each pair of custom socks is manufactured in the United States. However, we can ship worldwide.
Q: Where are you located?
Answer: In order to give an optimal service to our growing clientele, we have offices in Canada and in United States.
Q: Are your custom socks made with ecofriendly yarns, natural or organic dyes?

Q: Do you make custom dress socks or only custom athletic socks?

Q: Do you have a wholesale department?
Answer: My Custom Socks offers rock bottom prices based on quantities and we do not have a specific wholesale pricing structure.
Q: Where is your price list?
Answer: We do not have a price list on our website. You are welcome to contact our sales department by phone or email at info@mycustomsocks.com to request a free quote or to get information about pricing.
Q: What are your setup fees?
Answer: Since we want to provide our clients with the best prices for their custom socks, we do not have setup fees.
Q: Will the price for the socks be cheaper if I only have one color and just letters on the sock?
Answer: The custom socks’ price does not depend on the design or the number of colors you put on it. The price only depends on the custom sock’s cuff height and the amount of custom socks you are ordering.
Q: I want to send you my logo, what type of file do you accept?
Answer: For better results, we prefer to receive your log in high resolution vector file but if you can send whatever you have on hand, .jpeg and .pdf formats are preferred.
Q: Can you put my face on the custom sock?

Q: Are your custom socks real Nike elite?
Answer: As we are concerned to distinct ourselves from the competition, our custom elite socks are not made by Nike. Our custom elite socks are made with branded fabrics such as Coolmax and Lycra Sport, which do not only give better quality, but are much more comfortable.
Q: How many colors can I have on a custom sock?
Answer: Our custom socks are the most colorful of them all! You can get up to 7 different colors on your custom socks in order for them to be personalized. For better quality and improved durability, all your designs are knitted, not printed.
Q: Do you do Pantone color matching?
Answer: OWith the help of our professional design team, we try to match your colors as close as we can using our in-stock yarn. Have a look at our color chart.
Q: What is the lowest height cuff you make?
Answer: As shown is our style section, our lowest height cuff is a “no-cuff” height. You can also ask for “no-show” or “footie” cuff, which where the cuff stops below the ankle to cover only the feet.
Q: Do you offer compression socks?
Answer: Of course, we do. Keep in mind that all our custom socks have a high-level of compression. However, if you wish to get true high-end compression socks, we also offer them at a higher cost.
Q: Do you offer arm warmers?
Answer: Yes, we do. Our professional teams can create durable and extremely comfortable custom arm-warmers with Bamboo and Merino Wool fabrics.
Q: What type of packaging do you offer?
To make sure your custom socks are safely delivered, we use our own packaging. If you wish to have your own packaging and label, we advise you contact our sales representative at info@mycustomsocks.com
Q: I just need plain socks without customization or personalization; can I still buy your socks?
Answer: Of course! When requesting your quote, you simply ask for our black or white socks. 12 pairs is the minimum order.
Q: Do you offer discounts to re-sellers or non-profit organizations?
Answer: We offer rock bottom prices based on quantities and we do not have a specific wholesale pricing structure. They only way to reduce prices, is to buy a lot of custom socks. Q: Are the socks shipped from within Canada? I don’t want to pay duty!
Answer: We ship custom socks everywhere in the world. Duty fees can vary from a country to another. Since we are shipping from the USA, there are no duty fees for this country. Q: Do I use the template to put my designs on?

Q: Can I make money selling these socks?
Answer: Absolutely! Along the years, My Custom Socks have sold custom socks to sportswear stores, bike shops, special events, so they can provide their own clientele with our high-quality custom socks. Q: What do I do with the template?

Answer: You will receive a sample pair of socks within 7 days.
Q: What freedoms do I have in customizing?

Q: Are all of your custom socks sports socks? Any "playful" socks for promotions?
Answer: Our wholesale business has produced custom socks for many purposes: custom socks for special events, custom socks for music festivals, custom socks for fundraising events, etc. In short, we can create custom socks for any occasion: promotion, clothing line, sportswear, schools, fashion show, you name it. Q: Can you guys make non-slip socks?
Answer: Unfortunately, we do not produce non-slip socks.

Q: Can you do a design all around the sock?
Answer: Yes, we can. We can do any design on your custom socks.
Q: Am I able to design my custom socks on this site?
Answer: Our team of professional designers will take care of this for you. We will send you free mock-ups for approval within 7 days and you can ask for changes if the design is not to your liking.
Q: Do you have an online "builder" or do you do the mock-up and send?
Answer: Once we have all the elements for your custom socks, we will work on a design and send you a mock-up.
Q: Do you just sell to end users or distributors?
Answer: We sell custom socks to both end users and distributers.
Q: Is there a way to order anything under 60 pairs?
Answer: Unfortunately, no. We want to be able to guarantee the best possible prices for our custom socks, so we cannot sell them one pair at the time.
Q: Why do I have to order 60 pairs?
Answer: Our business is a wholesale custom socks manufacturer; therefore, we are able to give 40 % to 60 % discount on larger quantities.
Q: What would be the advantage of those socks over cotton socks?
Answer: Even if it’s the most used fabric around the world, cotton socks do not offer many advantages. They are not durable, do not have moisture wicking and antibacterial and can be harmful to your feet’s health, especially if you are an athlete. Our most popular fabric, Coolmax, is four times more durable and comfortable that cotton socks.
Q: Can you put words on your custom socks?
Answer: Yes, you can put words, faces, artwork, funky design: your imagination is the limit! Have a look at our portfolio to see some examples of the custom socks we did.
Q: How limited are we in our designs?
Answer: There are virtually no limits to the designs you can send us. If you are an artist or graphic designer, you can send us your art and we will make our best to reproduce it on your custom socks.
Q: What type of printing do you do?
Answer: Since we want to provide our customers with custom socks of the highest quality, we do not use printing but 3-seam knitting, to make sure your design does not fade and keep that brand-new look for a very long time.
Q: Can we use schools PMS for colors?
Answer: PMS (Pantone Color Matching System) can be useful to see how good colors fit together. You can use it prior to design sending to make sure you have the right colors on your custom socks.
Q: Do you have a rush option?
Answer: Yes, we do. However, you may charge extra fee for Rush options and delivery for your custom socks. Do not hesitate to ask a sale representative about rush option.
Q: Does this company offer private label service?
Answer: We specialize in custom socks and all we do is kind of private label. However, if you require your own packaging and logo on the socks, we will have to charge more. It usually becomes unprofitable for our customers to do it, unless they order in quantities over 6000 pairs.
Q: Do you print fluorescent colors?
Answer: Yes, we can. We have a very vast range of colors you can choose from.
Q: Could ultrathin be used as a dress sock?
Answer: Yes. Our custom socks are not only for sports or athletes: you may order casual socks with ultra-thin fabrics.
Q: Can you do camouflage socks?
Answer: Unfortunately, no, we do not currently manufacture or create custom camouflage socks.
Q: What the material and thickness of your soccer socks are?
Answer: Custom soccer socks need to be extra comfortable and durable for the players. We choose Coolmax fabric for its exceptional moisture wicking and thermoregulation properties and Bamboo fabric, for its unusual softness and antibacterial features.
Q: How do I view a design I want to make?
Answer: Once you sent us a request for quote with choice of fabric, colors, design and letters, it is the design’s team responsibility to create your design. We will send you an image by email and a pair of custom socks within 7 days.
Q: Are you able to produce glow in the dark socks?
Answer: As amusing as it can be, sadly, we do not currently produce glow in the dark custom socks.
Q: Do you do private label work?
Answer: Since we specialize in custom socks, all we do is kind of private label. However, if you require your own packaging and logo your custom socks, we will have to charge you extra fee. It usually becomes unprofitable for our customers to do it, unless they order in quantities over 6000 pairs.
Q: What is the needle count used to produce your socks?
Answer: Our needle count is 200. We use a 3-seam knitting technique to make sure your custom socks are comfortable and durable.
Q: Do you make socks for clothing lines?
Answer: Absolutely. We could do anything over 120 pairs. However, if you want private label custom socks, you need quantities over 6000 pairs.
Q: If I provide our logo, can your folks put together a few designs for me?
Answer: Of course! All you have to do is sending us your details, letters, fabrics and logo at info@mycustomsocks.com
Q: What is the maximum amount of colors you can use per design?
Answer: You can choose up to 7 colors to put on your brand new custom socks.
Q: What part of the socks can you print?
Answer: Just a reminder here, for durability and aesthetics purposes, we do not use printing techniques, but high quality knitting techniques. We can knit your design, logo and letters pretty much all over your custom socks.
Q: Do you have any socks made from recycled or organic materials?

Q: Do all your custom socks have the netting on them?
Answer: To improve breathability and moisture wicking, all our custom socks have netting on them, most of the time on the instep section of the foot.
Q: Do you do custom children’s socks?
